Love this store, very convenient for home, and has all the key items I need for the home, and delicious food offering - I love the fact that they source English fruit and veg where possible, and meats and cheeses too.
Not good, I normally am able to call ahead of going there to have an item put by as I'm a disabled customer.The lady who tookv the call said, no, she could not put x2 large round Xmas cakes by for me at the customer services desk!.so, I finishedc the call and called Waitress, they said yes, of course we will put them by for you.But, because I was distressed from my call with the princes risborough store of M+S, Waitrose have said, do not move from your home, our van will bring your Xmas cakes to you TODAY!!.Now that's what I call customer service!.Waitrose have now got a new customer for life!,.
Store is great but it's just a MS store. The marks are for location and convenience.
I went there to do a small amount of shopping and order my Christmas Shopping. All staff are great and very helpful.
Was looking for a sandwich for lunch. Stupidly they are out of site! Shop needs updating and arranging the isles for the customers convenience!
