By far the most useless insurance company I've ever used. I had a specialist driving tuition policy and on having a straight forward non-fault accident, they took 13 days to even arrange for my undriveable car to be removed for repair and 17 days to provide me with a dual controlled courtesy car. This car is my livelihood and they cost me almost 3 weeks work despite paying a premium for a specialist policy. Avoid at all costs
Awful. "Lets me check if we will insure your area" (dartford) no details exchanged on car or personal etc but "it'll be a minimum of 680". How? You've got no details.
