KY Green arranged a beautiful funeral for my husband. Georgina in the Princes Risborough office was wonderful, very sympathetic and understanding and attentativeness. However, the head office have been unkind and horrific.. I was given an invoice by Georgina and this was paid in full. The head office had a different figure for my invoice and have harassed me ever since. The head office has sent me reminders even though my account was paid in full. This has been very traumatic, the last letter was threatening legal action with the threat of interest above base bank rate being applied. When I received the last letter I wrote to head office demanding an explanation and a letter of apology.... to date I have received nothing. After losing my husband which was the most devastating period in my life I have been so very upset over this whole situation. It is distressing to realise that head office can send out unnecessary letters but are unable to offer any apology whatsoever. Poor Georgina has been so kind and understanding. Had I known all of the above I would have had used a different Funeral Director. Their treatment and lack of respect to me is beyond belief.
