Was a member of this surgery from around 6-8 years old, when I was around 25 I bought my first house in Aylesbury. I was extremely sick during a certain point and booked an appointment, while there I figured I better update them on my new address and after doing that, even though I was there for the appointment, and very unwell they kicked me out there and then stating (receptionists) that I'm no longer in the catchment area and tough luck (I had no idea about catchment areas etc). They wouldn't even let me keep the appointment to get some medicine. Probably one of the more upsetting moments in my life, again considering how ill I was. Figured this was worth sharing.
One of the better NHS doctor practices. Well organised with appointments available same day.
Excellent service, always friendly and never failed to get an appointment quickly enough. Good GPs who don't just speak from text books.
