Very Poor Service!, promised they would look into my complaint, they asked me to allow them 14 days to view the documents and got it wrong, I questioned it and they actually admitted they could not open my case file to read it??? so not a message to say this, I chased them after 14cdays had expired and they admitted they had not read the case notes, I took legal advice they said they would reply within 24hrs, still nothing? my review today of their Birmingham branch and a complaint that has been going on for 3 months - steer clear of this company.STEER WELL CLEAR!!! - I have an ongoing complaint with the BVRLA against this company for blatantly ripping me off, I have used rental companies many times over the years and I can safely say this branch lack any moral code or empathy, quick to wave papers in your face quoting terms over service, quick to disregard you as a human being over actually realising you have been travelling on a plane for over 7hrs one particular staff member; Rude, obnoxious and actually said if you dont buy insurance you aint got a car av you mate - all in all disgusting behaviour, this staff member thought it wise to then sit and goad me pulling faces and smiling at me to bait me thankfully caught on camera and the Birmingham branch admitted he was out of order I quote factually sent to me by Green Motion The behaviour of the staff member was not appropriate, please rest assured that the certain member of staff has been disciplined and will be subject to further customer service training. We apologise on behalf of the member of staff as this behaviour will not be tolerated. proving he treated me poorly, this staff member felt it wise to sit and make me miss my mothers birthday that I came back for.Summary; Rude, obnoxious, unhelpful, poor service well beyond poor, I can only state this staff member behaved like a street yob I will be seeing my complaint through and seeking court action, based on charging me when it was not correct to do so, loss of personal time, personal damages because the reason for my trip was my mothers birthday which this staff member knew because I told him, but he felt it wise to gloat and let me miss my mothers special day!.
